Specter is a Flip-Flopper

Senator Arlen Specter announces that he will switch political parties from Rep. to Dem. He said, "Since my election in 1980, as part of the Reagan Big Tent, the Republican Party has moved far to the right. Last year, more than 200,000 Republicans in Pennsylvania changed their registration to become Democrats. I now find my political philosophy more in line with Democrats than Republicans."

I am totally aghainst cap and trade. It is a huge rip off scheme. I promise to work as hard as I can to get ayone who supports it voted out of office.

He was a Democ RAT before he decided to ride Ronald Regan's Coattails as aRepub which he never was and now that he polls at 36% against a REPUB in PA he slides back to being was he was .. a pandering Political ANIMAL not worthy of being aSENATOR nor an Elected DOG Catcher...
He promised NOT to Switch just days before he did... he says that he's against CAP and TRade... that is until Wesael Reid and Oblahblah Spank him to have him change his mind with the promise NOT to have a real Domocrat run against him in the PA primaries... Arlen You are SCREWED..and you DONE it all by Yourself... You are DONE .. get used to it
